I think Trinity should provide counselling for students after sitting Schols...

/beingfunny ...of course there is a very good counselling service available, everyone should feel free to utilise it if they need someone to talk to! :)

You will need to change your name to Jam , on the other hand , I will gobble down my succulent 3 course meal each day.

Kind of given up at this stage. Just can't make myself study. Be grand, don't want to stay on for a postgrad anyway. :pac:

Ugh, trying to sort out the logistics for Monday's exam took way too long! Haven'd studied at all today, bloody guilt. Best of luck to everyone next week, sure we'll be grand in the end! Imagine the relief when it's over :pac: When does everyone finish, actually? :)

The thing is , if the first exam doesn't go excellent , then everything is ruined:cool:

Friday the 13th too. And they saved my hardest exam for then, yay (!).
I have 3 essays that count towards my degree to do/finish the week afer Schols too :(

The thing is , if the first exam doesn't go excellent , then everything is ruined:cool:

Well aren't you a little ray of sunshine...? :pac:

FWIW, my first schol exam was my worst one. It picked up after that.

Pretty sure Schols aren't going to happen at this stage, tempted to not bother show up for exams...

Feeling the same. Only reason I'm showing up is because the schol exam for Real Analysis tends to be very similar to the final exam. Also I want to see what kind of Linear Algebra questions Pete sets. :pac:

I'm finished on Friday too! It's like they couldn't resist putting all of the final exams on Friday the 13th, just to mess with our heads that bit more...

I know I'm not going to get 'em, but tbh because I've been thinking about it and working towards it for so long I'm just going to sit the exams anyway. Nothing to lose, and all of that. Kind of worried I'm going to embarrass myself though :o

I am not looking forward to tomorrow at all...reading over notes and realising I don't know them is so depressing :(

You don't want to eat insanely cheap food packed with protein and omega-3? :p

Best of luck to everyone starting tomorrow! I'm in Wednesday-Friday, probably would've had more of a chance if i'd studied more but i'm gonna give it a go anyway.

I think the pre-exam madness has set in, I can't talk about anything other than Spanish literature :P. Don't know how this will go, I know loads about some topics and nothing on others. Oh well. Here goes nothing, I guess!

Best of luck to everyone else doing it :D It will be over this time next week!

Same. I go between panicking and complete laziness/complacency... If you think about it nothing bad can happen really from not getting it and it was an "experience".

Just 'cause I'm practically unknown on these boards, doesn't mean I can't stop by and wish everyone good luck with the exams tomorrow and for the whole week ahead!

I'm taking them too so I'm off to bed in a moment - have to be up at half six to make it in on time :) - studying after 10 creates a sleepless night for me; better to be on top form tomorrow than to try cram before sleep!

Even though I know this is true, I'll still be up till some silly time like 2 :(
