Is HETAC level 8 or 9 equal to a bachelor?

    I am a foreign girl living in Dublin and am thinking of studying childminding.
    I want to study it at the level of a bachelor.

    I found out you have FETAC from level 1 until 7 and then you have HETAC from level 8 till 9. I have the level of education that would allow me to study at the level "bachelor". I will recieve funding when I study at this level and won't recieve it when I study at a lower level. So I'd love to know if they have bachelor levels in childminding.
