Noc lulz!

So I work in an investment bank and as a result we have to constantly fill out these online compliance courses to ensure we all know our countries laws and regulations and we don't go do anything evil like we investment bankers are wanton to do.

So today I am stuck doing one on "Market Abuse" and to make these online tests all sexy and exciting they have nice little pictures to help set the mood.

For example All investment bankers are called Brad and like to pose dramatically during their phone conversation by staring out into the distance outside their window at sunset.



When not staring out windows dramatically we sometimes like to go to a coffee shop with our laptops and phones just so everyone knows what a douche we all are.



However when bored we sometimes like to break the law and commit "market abuse", illegal activities such as insider trading. This involves standing in your office and furiously typing into your laptop one handed while wearing a balaclava, you know because you go to wear your balaclava while committing a crime.



Okay these might not be funny to others but I was giggling the whole way through this compliance test today because of these photos.

In work we have to enter our holidays in some stupid system to keep a record of them, you have to enter a reason for requesting a holiday, I found this a little annoying as it's meant to be private but everyone could see everyone else's holidays, so I decided to play around with mine. It is not really that funny but because these are on my record permanently it makes me smile that my managers have to approve these each time.

I got in trouble over one of them, apparently the word "homoerotic" was offensive, I told them the fact they find it offensive to be offensive as it implies they are homophobic and there is something wrong with homoeroticism.
