    Stuff a jumper or something beside the bottom of the pillow, inside the pillowcase. My college pillow is a bit too soft and this helps.

    I can't sleep no matter what type of pillows I have.
    I do admit it has gotten WAY worse because of the Christmas holidays. It used to be that I would fall asleep around 2/3am, now it's 5/6am.
