Region Code Problem

Having received a gift of Warrior on Blu-ray, I notice that both my Sony players (one a PS3) are telling me there's a mismatch between the codes of the players and the disc. Is there any way for me to get to play this film on my current hardware? It's region A.

as far as im aware you have to do a physical mod chip in most bluray players to make them region free. i have an Oppo BDP93 and i had to put a mod chip for it to play region Region A blurays. If you are going to buy a lot of region A films its well worth the money for region free player. if this is the only one then wait til 6th feb when it's released over here http://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Warrior-Blu-ray/32952/

or if you want it sooner, order the french copy which will be region b and comes out 17th january http://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Warrior-Blu-ray/33690/

Thanks for the reply. I hope to be able to sell it. When buying imports personally, I am very careful with the coding issue.
