    Send a text message to your phone 'GPS my droid'.

    EDIT: Sorry, just read more. Three weeks is more than enough time to have reset/wiped the phone.

    I can't send a message as there is no number for it. Will it not work otherwise?

    It won't work once the SIM card is removed.

    There was a sim card in there before it was robbed but no number

    Forget it. It's gone.

    If you still have the box you can read the IMEI number and have the phone blocked, but that's it.
