E-mail Error 553

    I am having on-going problems sending e-mails to some customers in the US. The latest one has an address @sbcglobal.net. The latest error message I received is

    5.1.0 - Unknown address error 553-'5.3.0 flpd112 DNSBL:ATTRBL 521< 213.233.128.45 >_is_blocked.__For_information_see_http://att.net/blocks'

    I have had the same problem with 2 other addresses with the same domain over the past month or so.

    I use Vodafone Broadband.

    Any ideas

    The clue is in the error message. The account you are using or the domain it is coming from is blacklisted on the receiving end and will not go through.

    your ip 213.233.128.45 (resloves to mail3.vodafone.ie) is on a blacklist
    go to http://rbl.att.net/cgi-bin/rbl/block_admin.cgi and fill out the form
