"I came into this process not to chance who I am....or my suits"

Noel didn't get a present.

I'm sure he did and they just edited out like the amateurs they are.

Did anyone notice the very poor grammar and wrong use of capital letters on the homepage? arg!

Auction House.... there aren't enough words to describe how crap I think this idea is.

I used to have respect for Bill Cullen. How did the fcuking eejit let Noel out of the room? I'd have locked him in! Whilst none of the ideas on offer exactly reinvented the wheel, Noel's one had by far the most chance of being a sustainable one and the chance to create jobs.

He thinks the site will help him sell cars....or turn into the next ebay. It was stupid but there is no denying Eugene will make money. If its not this project, it will be another and you could argue bill see's this and wants to get involved with the guy.

But you are right, Noel's business is the most solid.

Anyone remember Ben Dunne's attempt at a buy and sell webpage? What are the odds it'll end up like that! :D

Just listening to Newstalk, the opening of the website will involve a car auction in Liffey Valley. FFS!

Also interesting to hear Bill say that because of the increased amount of product placement, they were confident it will return for another series next year!

Incredibly poor candidates this year and I'm disappointed to see Eugene win. His idea isn't exactly innovative. Please tv3, replace bill with a younger successful entrepreneur who's thinking in relation to business didn't stop around 1952. I have to say if bill and team did go, I would slightly miss them pretending to know what they're talking about in any social media or viral marketing task.

So Bill picks a fella with a hammer to sell his cars for him, instead of a solid candidate with with a proper and innovative business plan......Yeah Good Man Bill!

Eugene - My idea is great because there's 90 billion in savings out there waiting being tapped into

Eugene - Noels idea wont work because no one has the money.

    Eugene - You're hired

Shame Conor didnt make the final ahead of Maurice.
His business plan would have been rough around the edges but the interviews would have been priceless :D

A shambles of a show this year.

    Nobody deserved to win.

Joanne - Pause for effect, oh go away.
    Eugene - smarmy smarmy smarmy.
Maurice - Worst business plan ever.
Noel - Great business plan, zero personality.

Bill comes across as someone you would hate to work for.

Bill is part of the reason why the quality of candidate is so low. Who in their right mind would want to work with or for a guy like Cullen? The ones who are left to apply must be impressionable imbeciles or fame hungry. To be honest, the candidates on junior apprentice uk would level this seasons tv3 batch.

Why is the show so badly edited.

The person who they make out to be doing well never wins.

Last week they made out Eugene to be having a terrible interview and when I seen that i knew straightaway he would win.

Same during the show last night. They had Noel doing great after his presentation and everyone saying he would win but surprise he lost.

Same each week over each series.

You'd think they could have done a half decent video for Auctionhouse.ie on the site. There's a flashing green and purple light at the bottom of it and t'is rather amateurish.

Noel definitely had the business end of it all sown up, perhaps Bill wanted more of a say. Don't recon that Noel would do that.

Glad to see him doing well. Eugene as the winner was very surprising.

Interesting to see that the agency one 'disappeared' before Eugene came out 'cas she basically said he has two sides and that she doesn't trust him. LOL

Noel? I think he is funny

He really didn't care. Fair enough as he had his new business starting off now.

Was listening to the Ray D'Arcy show this morning and they were talking about the result being up on the website before it was announced on the show and apparently Eugene is claiming his website was hacked.

    :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Some of the lies that people come out with when they fcuk up are just hilarious.

Out of all of them, I hated Eugene the most. The way he treated Conor should himself up for what he was.

    Auction house me bollox

Seriously though Eugene was taking the pi*s with his references choices. lol

Haven't seen the website but hope Eugene does well with the auctioneering.

Still think that Noel had the best business plan out of the lot of them but Eugene probably had the better idea and make more money I guess and that's why Bill chose him. He chose him cause he is an Entrepreneur and that he has most of the qualities he looking for in a business partner and entrepreneur. He takes risks and is confident! When he performs he performs well most of the time and has charisma and enthusiasm when in that situation which Bill was looking for.

.... presume you'd have a fairly high reserve on that....;)

He stood out from the start I think but during the process I wasn't too keen on him, I liked him early on in the process. Though kinda warmed to him in the end. I wish him all the best in his venture!

Stephens night in Tralee I met Maurice, chatted to him for a little bit, seems nice enough, anyways, I remember seing here somewhere that someone was saying he was only on the show to be famous, when I saw him walking away he had a girl either side of him, instantly brought me back to that comment. :P

Stephen's night in Maynooth I saw Conor, him and the boys asked me for a spare smoke as I walked past.
