Using Carbon Copy Cloner

Hi guys i'm getting a new SSD for Christmas and I just wanna know how do you actually use carbon copy cloner??? I downloaded it an all but when I plugged in an external drive and tried to test it, when I selected the backup option it said that some system files may not be transferred! I kinda need those! Any tips/online…

Mike Bombich is the Carbon Copy Cloner guru. The Support forum in his website is comprehensive and he replays to the posts himself. You will have to be more specific with your problem e.g. Logs or file details to get a better answer.
