Best thing I've heard all day. Sunderland have the same amount of players on bail as they do league wins.

A suggestion from RAWK. Should draw a line under the whole racism story
i have a very efective idea can someone pass it to those in the know. ITK!!!

just before kick off when the cameras are on, the team forms a circle chain chanting very loudly, "NEGRITO! NEGRITO! NEGRITO!

Then in the midddle out pops a smiling glen johnson pulling up his jersey to reveal a t-shirt of suarez with a text saying. "OUR SUAREZ IS A FRIEND TO ALL COLOURS!"

this all ends with a loud "we willl never walk alone!" war cry from all the players1

I don't think enough facepalms on the internet to do this suggestion justice

    LFC Liverpool FC
Statement from the Liverpool FC players about to be published on the official website - liverpoolfc.tv

    Link - http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/news/latest-news/joint-statement-from-lfc-players
Luis Suarez is our teammate and our friend and as a group of players we are shocked and angered that he has been found guilty by the FA.

We totally support Luis and we want the world to know that. We know he is not racist.

We are a squad of many different nationalities and backgrounds. All of us support the Club's commitment to fighting racism. All of us accept there is no place in the game for any form of discrimination. As a group of players we totally support the Kick it Out Campaign.

We have lived, trained and played with Luis for almost 12 months and we don't recognise the way he has been portrayed. We will continue to support Luis through this difficult period, and as a popular and respected friend of all his teammates, he will not walk alone.

    Opr

ban could be lengthened with an appeal...

fa really out to make a show...

but on the game, suarez will certainly start. not starting would be an admission of guilt.

Eh? Not starting would be an attempt to shield the player in some way. The club's actions in the past 24 hours have shown that in no way do they think he's guilty. He will start though.

Another game, dominate possesion, another penalty. fail to score
    We badly need a goalscorer
and someone capable of taking a penalty :(

Gerrard has been a massive loss this season especially for penalties , the guy is so reliable from the spot . Our inability to convert from 12 yards has cost us a lot of points this season .

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,286 ✭✭✭Glico Man

Blackburn at Anfield next. Hope to christ we can actually score some goals.
