Its not just you. I switched off half way through today. You self published for a reason. Can't you self-advertise on a different frequency?

One guy it costs him 5 euro per book to print. Wordpress.com costs me nothing. If you want to write you can do so for free. Nowadays self publishing is about making money(or being thick).

Why dedicate an entire show to it??

I'm surprised at the number of posts here today...I was working but my radio was swiftly tuned to Moncrief (and about 15 min later to phantom) the minute Duffy trotted out the bewk revue line. Can;t believe many of you sat through the whole thing.
Funny too, that theft from the crib in Waterford was simply made for da laahvlahn, but it wasn't to be...
Listmania continues tomorrow so I'll be making alternate station choice...looks like that's it till 2012.

Friday, we get another dose of smug emigrants telling us about turkey dinners on the beaches of Sydney/Dubai,etc. and how clever they were to get out of here during the boom with Joe nodding sagely in the background.

Saturday..........."M&S corner" on Gaaraff-tin Stree' where the herd will gather to worship Almighty Joe - no doubt some sap who left home at 4 in the morning to catch the first train up to Hueston will be dragged out of the mob to recite a poem singing Joes' praises - then the seven least funny people on the planet will gather in one spot to reel off ancient jokes as one after another they unearth jests dating back to the third or fourth century.
