opening a KMZ file

Hi, this may be a pretty basic question, but i as sent a .kmz file, never before heard of a .kmz file - how do i open it to view it on google ? thanks, Jo

Just install Google Earth and double click on the KMZ file, easy There might be a way to view them on Google Maps too, but I've never done it.
