Es......help me out m8,tune going round me bonce n cant put me finger on it!! thinking it's DJ SS or someone along those lines lol

Has a deep repeating voice sample "The siss the siss the siss" on a loop and a heavy bassline running through it.(best I can describe it)

Any Idea's? Cheers,G
