    Hi all,

I currently work in the fitness industry and want to further my knowledge of human/sport biomechanics. Is there anyone studying sport and exercise science that could recommend me some good books/DVDs?

    Cheers:)

Hi, I know this is an old thread but there was no reply's so i said id help out. I find people like Gray Cook, Alwyn Cosgrove and Vern Gambetta very helpful and they are the leading professionals in the field of human movement and performance. A quick google search of there names will find their websites and blogs which make for some interesting reading. If you want to learn more about Sports Science and performance the blogs of these coaches is a great place to start.
