Whats the handiest program for slowing down an audio track, but maintaining the original pitch?

Thanks for the quick replies. Yes I want to slow guitar solos to learn them more easily and acurately. Looking for a free program.

Interesting, I'd never seen that Song Book section. I must check it out in more detail.

I use audacity .. it has an option to slow down and hold pitch.. Amazing program, just wish it was a little more stable..

In Riff Master Pro, you can adjust both pitch and speed independantly and and select segments of a track to play. It's not free, but is worth the money IMO.

i just use windows media player, not sure which version. i think a lot of them have it, basically theres a feature in the enhancements, same way you can change the graphic equalisers you can slow it down to half speed. i find that its more than enough for most stuff. doesnt alter the pitch.
