That's not on at all, landlords are only allowed on to the property with your permission, and any visits must cleared with you in advance. He's clearly violating your rights as a tenant by doing this.

Havnt a ****in clue of this Irish poem question tomorrow. Like I dont even know how to spell the name of the poem/poet. Really annoyed that we even have this, its the last week and we just had Christmas tests a little while ago FFS
Also havnt even started learning for my economics test tomorrow, we didnt get a Christmas test in that, so fair enough having one tomorrow, but we have another then Wednesday!!!

School needs to feck off and let me be Christmassy.

Yea, I know. Its mental. All of us are livid but can't do anything about it. One day we caught him walking out of the house without telling us he was going in. We were around the corner in the shop getting lunch ffs. Nothing we can do though.

So like... What's up with people who tell you they're gonna come to your house so you agree cos you're a cool dude, and then they eat all your biscuits and buy you crappy wine and get really drunk and stay on your couch all night and stop you cleaning up and doing what you want for the day and only leave 30 hours after they arrive and then ask to stay again when they've been away for 10 minutes?! Grrr!

It's always nice to be woken up on your first lie-in in about four months by the sound of Housekeeping doing an unannounced inspection, knowing that the kitchen/living room is in an absolute state..... f*ck on-campus accommodation.

They fuc*ing said inspections would happen from the 3rd of January.... now, unless my hangover lasted a month, it's still December. >:-(

Plan for day, wake up at 8, finish cleaning, shower, get packed, go to college to print my ticket and return books and get 11.25 bus home. What ACTUALLY happened was, I woke up at 9, didn't get house finished, made it out the door at 10.45, got to college, printed my ticket, then lost my ticket between the library and O'Donovans Road (UCC people can confirm that that is like the smallest and most wide open part of campus, so how I lost it is bewildering me! Its like the hardest part of campus to loose something on!), I then had to run back to college, print my ticket, ring my mom in a panic and tell her what happened, run back to the bus stop and wait half an hour for the next city bus. By this time I've missed my bus home. Then half an hour stuck in traffic going to town. Just about made the 12.25 bus home. Not been a fun morning.

I've done that, when it was easier to set up. That person since deleted their facebook account. I may have improved their life :rolleyes:
