While all the games are key games, with the slightly better record the Titans have it in their own hands. I'll be hoping for the Bengals to give me some more breathing room over the Texans and McGs Colts to do the same against the Ravens.
Titans and Colts should be an epic game, McG will want to keep up his good record while the Titans will have revenge and the playoffs in mind.

But like last year a lot could come down to final week with the Titans needing to beat the Texans to make the play offs and depending on results up to then I may have no option but to win if the Ravens are still in the hunt!!

Had a bit of a 'mare against the Saints, only managed a 9-0 win. That was in part to LT getting injured with a broken collarbone. will be out for 7 weeks.

Without sounding like the bad guy, should there not be a time limit after which people have to wait until next season. If someone joining now picks the broncos then they would have a pretty good chance of a playoff spot. Obviously we'd all like more real players but it's week 13. What happens if someone says they want in in week 16 or 17 and gets to pick a division leader?

I agree, don't think any newcomers should be picking teams with playoff hopes at this stage.

On another note, can we extend the gameweek over Christmas as I'm sure more than a few of us will be unavailable due to travelling home, etc.

Was thinking this aswell. We can see how we get on with the games first and how the game week falls. Then decide when to advance.

As for the newcomers, I know what you are saying but you risk turning people away now and then they don't come back in 8 or 9 weeks. If it was in week 16 or 17, I definitely don't think its fair. But since there is still 6 games left, I think it is ok for him to pick whoever he wants. If enough people disagree then thats fair enough.

I agree with this, the more players we have the better, and I don't really want CPU teams in the playoffs to be honest.

fair enough, just thought it'd be weird to have new players making the playoffs after only playing a few games while some of the lads who've been playing all season get knocked out.

Just beaten the chiefs with a 80 yard td pass to Bowe in the last minute when I get a message lost connection to franchise sever.

I know what you are saying but looking through the teams the only team with a chance of getting to the playoffs are the Falcons and the Broncos. The Broncos were Hoodles team so hopefully he will come back to take them.

As for the other teams if someone comes in and takes them and gets them to the playoffs they totally deserve to be there as they would have to win every single remaining game.

And it wouldn't be fair if someone came in and took the broncos on the last regular season and got into the playoffs, don't think that should be allowed.

The game counted!! Look at the madden site, you won with a 76 yard pass to Bowe!

I can't believe how much my D has improved in this years game. Last year I had to resort to shootouts to win the majority of my Human games whereas this year my stats are as follows:

Conceded 47 points in 7 Human games.
6.7 points average per game conceded.
15 INTs in the 7 games too.

Delighted with that.

I think the past few weeks I have improved at the game so much. Your game was an exception really to how well I have played this past few games. Really enjoying Madden 12.

I have to say I'm not enjoying 12 nearly as much as 11. I think it is a lot harder to play offence, meaning most peoples defence has improved but overall I much preferred last years version.

I really think on offence you have to make sure that your passes are accurate and you know the routes your players are running. And I think that it is extremely important to be able to read the other players defence and to get to know when they are going to rush the passer or blitz the runner. Just takes a lot more practice to get used to. Really have to play to your strengths.

my defence and running game seem vastly improved over last year but my passing game has gone backwards (last year I got away with a lot of throwing on the run with Rodgers; Rivers doesn't offer the same opportunities).

looking forward to playing the Patriots, the stats show they've been run all over this season (though that might be down to who's in their division).
