Things to increase reply box size

I have no idea what it's called, but the buttons to increase/decrease the size of the reply box aren't in the right place for me. Running SRWare Iron (browser built on Chromium) on Windows 7. Highlighted them in the below screenshot. They should be over on top of the smileys box. AFAIK it's always been like this on Iron.…

AFAIK it's always been like this on Iron. It's in the proper place for Firefox and Opera when i checked.

EDIT: just after noticing it appears okay in the Quick Reply box, but Advanced or Edit options, it's beside the quote option
