The Oldskool Appreciation Party - O.A.P's thread

This may be of interest to some here - it was an early Autechre EP going by the name 'Lego Feet' from 1991 that became rare very quickly, been almost impossible to get hold of since as only a small amount were produced. Anyway, its been reissued recently on CD and I grabbed a copy - pretty fckin stunning. Its not unlike a lot of rave/acid house from the early 90s except for that you can hear the experimental sound of Autechre already - pretty clear their production genius here, a couple of years before they ever really made it on early Warp releases.

There are moments of hardcore, rave, acid house, ambient, drum & bass, industrial - a whole load basically but fck does it work! Try it, you might just like it :pac:

The CD is divided up into 4 tracks which incorporate all of the individual tracks from the original EP, then also some bonus material. So this first clip below has more than just one track, as do the the rest on youtube.
