    White bread...Turkey... Salami...Colmans mustard (thick) on one slice, mayo on the other.... Rocket & spinach mixed leaves.... Pickles.... Oh, God yeah.

    Very Thick & Crusty real white bread, thick slice of good ham, a good extra mature cheddar and lashing of strong english mustard.....eye watering but delish!

    All the above recipies but replace the Colemans with Lakeshore Strong Irish Mustard, tastes very similar to Colemans just a bit stronger.

    Last night I had a baguette that I lightly toasted, placed 3 rashers (slices of bacon) on with some Helmans Mayo, a squirt of Ballymaloe Jalapeno pepper relish and as I walked away like a dog with a bone I thought 'something not right' and said to myself Ah ha!

    I forgot the MUSTARD!

    If you intend to toast your sandwich, gentle readers, it is best to refrain from the application of mustard until after said sandwich has been toasted. Else wise the heat of the mustard goodness may be neutralised. This is known.
