when i go add to cart i get a go shopping screen with an email & password login.

when i enter my email and password i am told my email is invalid !!

Am i missign something about registering my details.

I have this model remote. Yes it does work with the UPC boxes. Just put in the model number from the back. no need to learn the buttons

God damn it... ordered the 650 and then realised it wouldn't work with the PS3 so had to order the PS3 adapter then too! Amazing how you can convince yourself you need something that you never before thought you did!

I'm feeling like a real dullard. I cant see where to register. On the product page i dont see any new or returning customer. all i see is add to cart. When i do this i get the login page. and nothing below this. any ideas or am i missing something

I had the same problem last night.

Where you see enter your email and password, scroll down the page.

I ordered last night and got a shipping notice today.:D

Just placed an order for one of these. However, when I got the confirmation from Logitech, it had the United States time on it. Can you tell me if this is coming from the US. If so, I will have to pay import duty, vat and postage if its over 23 euros, I think which will leave the unit very expensive.

A quick question for anyone who has got this.
How well does watch movie work. i am wondering how it knows what channel to change to. For me its HDMI2 when im usually watching HDMI1. How does it know what channel, HDMI1 or TV12, that im watch and change accordingly.

I had a all in one years ago and didnt work well with this feature.

depends on your setup.

Main problem is usually the problem mentioned as a lot of tvs dont have a seperate button where you can go directly to HDMI2. instead they just have a source button that you have to press a number of times.

As far as i know if your tv can go directly to HDMI2 without going through all the sources this can work well as one of the steps will be simply press the HDMI2 button. But if you have to cycle through sources its not gonna work properly

Nearest solution will be press source a number of times then hit the watch movie button.

It may work depending on your tv.
On my Samsung there's not a dedicated hdmi 2 button but the remote knows what to do. Wher your setting it up with the correct model number it should have all your sources on the correct order.

My setup

TV with 3 HDMI + component
Wii
Surround sound system
UPC box
microserver with xbmc

I press "watch tv":
tv switches to HDMI 1 + UPC turns on. volume buttons will control the upc box

I then press "more actions" and press "wii" on the remote screen:
tv switches to component + UPC turns off + Surround sound system turns on to aux. volume buttons will control the Surround sound system

I then press "more actions" and press "xbmc" on the remote screen:
tv switches to hdmi 2 + Surround sound system turns on to digital input. volume buttons will control the Surround sound system. i have a IR receiver which so this remote controls the win7 micro server.

going to bed... press power off and every device switches off.

Got mine in the post today, have had a quick play with it, have it controlling 4 devices, only thing it can't do is turn on my ps3. Not sure if it can - will look into it after I watch the match.

Tried to order another one there for the other half's mother, but it is out of stock now.

One of those bargains I bought, then thought I didn't need, now that I have it I'll wonder how i ever lived without it

Got mine today, incredible piece of kit!
Like others, didn't even realised I needed it until I got it.

It recognised all the devices, dead easy to use, even the missus is impressed!

Mine arrived yesterday too. Read on another thread that the 'blemished box' claim is nonsense. Just looking for an excuse to move a lot of stock without devaluing the product, or something.

Also, the 600 and 650 both have refresh models available now. The ones on offer here are the old versions according to their model number.

I was looking forward to get one but at an "acceptable" price, so this bargain alert arrived at the perfect time!!!

BTW, the box in in perfect shape, could it be that it was so badly damaged that they replace it?
