Avast Password Problem

Hey I've set a password which I probably set wrong or it's something else so the problem is that I've selected General Program Access which creates a massive problem.

I've used Avast Uninstall Utility to remove it from my system.

    I've followed these steps

    1. Installed Utility on my desktop
    2. Opened safe mode and uninstalled
    3. Restarted
    4. Re-installed
    5. ...No profit.

So I still have the password control coming up and I've no idea how to solve it.

Also I've tried several times by sending my email to password recovery and no success.

What can you do to help me solve this?

    I would really appreicate it.

    Cheers,

I've also sent this email to Avast but I doubt they would get back to me.
