Anyone used dupeGuru http://www.hardcoded.net/dupeguru/ I'm trying to free up space and this seem to be the only program for finding duplicate files, is there any harm in deleting duplicates with it? Any other tips for freeing up space?

    1. Dupeguru (or any decent duplicate file finder) will tell you the location of your file and its duplicates, so you can choose what to delete.

    2. Stop hoarding ;)
Also try Monolingual to remove all languages other than English from your System (saves a few Gb).
Run TrimTheFat on large applications to remove a few Mb.
Save your music/photos in lowered resolution.

I'd recommend avoiding Monolingual. It can delete essential system files. A few users have had to reinstall because of it.
