I have a one year lease signed with Brookfield and unfortunately need to break it. Has anyone done this before? Do they mind? Are they sympathetic? Any information would be appreciated!

I haven't it to hand right now but if I recall it says something along the lines of paying all remaining monies even if you don't live there. But what if you can't pay it?

ok, as far as i know they can enforce it if they so want. If you dont have the money i dont know what will happen
tbh your probably better off asking some one in the accommodation and property forum than here.
    Best of luck
