Looking to start modern band (hip hop/pop/dance)

Im an 18 year old musician (guitar and keyboard) looking to start an innovative modern band. My influences include scott storch, kanye west, dr dre, just blaze, birdman just to name a few in the hip hop genre.

Im looking to start a band which incorporate modern sounds such as synths, computers whatever.

You dont have to play an instrument; you can be a dj, all you have to do is be able to make interesting modern urban music.

The kind of sound im going for would probably be something like "stronger-kanye west" which incorporates elements of hip hop and dance together but im not too specific on the sound just yet.
