    Firstly why would I want to upload and edit a photo online?

    Second GIMP\gimpshop is free photo editing software I can install locally on my machine.

    Kinda looks like paint.net too. Which is another, free, photo editing software suite.

    it's way better then paint..

    Yes i know you can download things. But this is great for in work/school when you can't download things.

    Just to pass time.

    Also you can create designs as well. Not just edit photos.
