UTM recommendations

Can anyone recommend me a decent hardware UTM for a small office, up to around 50 users. I've been looking at the fortigate range and have also had a look at the watchguard range. Does anyone have experience with either product ranges or something better. Looking for decent manageability, IPS, VPN, nothing special really.

What systems has the person who is going to Admin'ng and looking after it day-to-day already trained up on and comfortable working with?
