Any idea what's happening with J Skelly place?

I'm thinking about joining Shoreline Leisure - I'm just wondering though if anyone is planning to re-open the old Jackie Skelly place and whether that might lead to a bit of competition on fees? Does anybody know?

There is no interest in re opening it at the moment or for the foreseeable future
