I haven't gotten it yet, as I am pretty skint at the moment, but I hope to pick it up in the near future.

One thing that is making me want to get it is that you can play splitscreen online (I think BLOPS had this too?). I never bothered with BLOPS, focused more on MW2, so as a result I think I'll enjoy this, and the one thing that always annoyed me about MW2 (splitscreen) is there, so should be no problem!

On the topic of quickscoping, I really don't see people's problems with it. I mean, it's hard to do (to me anyway), so I don't know why people bitch and moan when they get clipped by someone that is better than they are

I do play BF3 at the moment, but I think it's unfair to compare the 2 games. They really are different, like when I had BC2 and MW2, I'd play either depending on which mood I was in. Different strokes for different folks, if I was feeling like a strategy play, I'd put on BC2, if I wanted the satisfaction of killstreaks, madness and unlocking more weapons / perks, I'd go with MW2. Simple really, I can'twait to get MW3 so I can have that to throw on when BF3 is getting too serious!

they have an overtime and this is just like sabotage only everyone has a bomb and there is one bomb site in the middle of the map.

They have taken a lot of Blops improvements with regards to scoring out of objective games too which is a disappointment.

huh? I played it yesterday and there were two bomb sites iirc, it has both a and b sites listed on the maps on Elite as well (really handy feature btw, shows a top down map and you can cycle through the game modes, shows spawn points and bomb/flag sites, even HQ point spawns.

Really enjoyed Team Defender earlier, really promotes teamwork and the scramble for the flag can be great fun.

loving that mode and kill confirmed. hardcore domination is cool as well. cant understand why people just play TDM all the time when theres so much variety in the other modes, TDM is grand for brainless games or just learning the maps but you cant beat a close Demo or HQ game

no its not as powerful as the one in mw2, even with kick i find it has alot more recoil than the mw2 one, the other sub machine guns are very good and there isnt really one that stands out from the rest, from what i have used the ump and the pp90m1 are the best, P.S the mp5 is horrible

I have played near four hours on it. I like the game, I really do. It is a good refined MW3.

However I am disappointed in the little things. They have really dropped some of the better aspects of Black Ops that too me really stood out. The main thing is the party system that Black Ops had (one of the few things CoD did not lift from another game) where you see in game your party and party chat acted as game chat. Why this excellent integration was dropped is beyond me. A great feature that I really miss.

Also I find myself playing and getting a real Homefront vibe. I only played a few hours of their beta, but it just seems that some aspects of the game: how the barret feels, the CM901, the two drones, hell I even call the Reaper the Hellfire.

I really love the Support Strike Package with Hardline Pro. Sometimes I put on just UAV and CUAV and just spam the clouds with those planes. The Jugg is fun, does anyone know if there can be two on the field at once?

Elite will work if you get it then, the MP content is the same as the spec ops content, they are played on the same maps. You will not get founder status.

W/L is around 4/4.5 but I've played mostly with boardsies. K/D is only in around 1 which is terrible, I find I rush alot more than I should on MW3, suppose I'd be happy with 1.5 or so.

Gun wise, using P90 at the moment with kick and rapid fire... Beast!!
