The smell of the hops from Guinness Brewery at about 4am driving along the quays on the way back from a gig down the country. The smell of home!

Dogs, but not wet dogs. And horses.
Fresh plaster, because my dad did so much DIY around the house it's kind of the smell of my childhood.
The smell after you blow out a candle.
    Warm ground after rain.

Most already mentioned, but also broken rock. Maybe it's just with limestone, but rocks broken off each other smells lovely.

The smell of hot tar and fresh cut grass on a summers day.

Real coffee first thing in the morning.

    The smell of a pipe.

I like that smell too, but OH hates it. Until the Players factory got down my area smelled of either tobacco or brewing, depending on the way the wind was blowing. 'Twas lovely.

    Freshly coffee.

Fresh bread (I live right beside a bread factory, so get a lovely whiff of fresh bread every day :) )

There used to be a perfume in the Body Shop called 'Dewberry' I think. Wow, amazing scent IMO :)
