Dynamic Blocks tutorials

Hi, I've recently started looking into Dynamic Blocks in AutoCad 2011 and I find the video tutorials on youtube a bit lacking. Would anyone know of any decent video tutorials or otherwise?

Dive in and see the results. another way is to download some sample dynamic blocks and see what's possible.
