I think 4 years would be a bit harsh. He shouldn't have gave Jackson the drugs, but anyone would find it difficult to turn down the money he was offered and he didn't force them down Jackson's throat after all.

that's very true Blatter. Haven't followed any of the trial but from what I've heard it was a very borderline case. Wouldn't have been taken on by the DPP here to begin with

I felt sorry for the doctor it wasn't nice seeing him being cuffed in court like that but I suppose he will do his 4 years and come out and milk it from the media. He will always be known as the man who killed Michael Jackson.
