You're missing the point...the man's own house needs work too, but the builder has liquidated the company...the house next door is his personal property which he HAS money to fix.

    Disgrace.

Point taken, but the builder is perfectly entitled to fix his own house....
Absolutely agree he should fix the other ones he built.

This is why so many people committed financial suicide in this country.

    Mind boggling

I'd honestly be in jail by now, no gate would hold me back, or guards either.

You'll see this man in court in a few weeks for doing something out of character... you can hear it in his voice.

'I hope this sorts itself out'!!!

Joe's way of tidying up this particular issue

    Typical Ireland, though.

Lots of rogue builders getting away with Murder. It's only when you get some media attention (like Priory Hall) that anyone gives a damn.

He's entitled sure....but the type of work that has to be done (18ft kangoing through the foundation slab) is the sort of thing where you have to move neighbours out (at your expense) and pay for ancilliary damage

That's before he says PFO to people who bought his houses claiming failed company...far too much of that sh*t going on...

She does, although I have to agree with her 'seriously, do people listen to this nonsense?' tone.
