Did not book graduation robes

    Graduating on Tuesday and just realised I was meant to book the robes separately (ignorantly assumed when you put yourself down for graduating that included everything)

    So yeah I'm well past the date for booking, and booking is now closed. Am I screwed and can't graduate now or can I still get them on the day?

    Parents are not pleased..... :confused:

    Ring Phelan Conan, the robe hire people, first thing on Monday morning.

    Their number is 1800 808 818 or 01 429 5307.

    I really can't imagine that they will refuse to rent you a gown becuse you missed the deadline.

    Just noticed the FAQ page on the Phenan Conan website, looks like you're not the first student to forget to book in advance, one of the questions is:

    Question What can I do if I am too late to order my robes on-line?

    Answer Go to the help/cash desk in the robing area early on the day of your ceremony and our staff will help you. We bring enough stock to accommodate every person graduating so don’t worry. Just make sure you arrive at least an hour before your ceremony
