I lost my phone on Saturday so I now need a replacement sim. Thing is, in September I also had to get a replacement sim for the same reason. That sim was given to me for free, but since this is going to be my second replacement sim in 2 months will I be charged the €15 fee or will this also be given for free?

I'd say it'll be free. If you're PAYG, threaten to leave if they don't give you a free one.

Lose phone once - yellow card, lose phone twice - red card. Any provider will charge for a 2nd sim. You are lucky its only €15:rolleyes:
