I just received an email to an email address I only ever gave to paddypower, looks like the start of a 419 scam:
<subject>Do not be surprised you received this letter. #8647764

    Hi, my name is Omega.
Frankly I don't know you, just found yours fotos on dating-site from my sister's account. So, I want to know you better.

I'm looking for novelty in relations.

Will you be such a wonderful friend of mine?:) Write me, please

    Hope read you soon:)

Has their email list been compromised? Has anyone else gotten something like this?

(In case there's any doubt about where they got my address, this was received to 'paddypower.com@<my domain>.be' so i'm fairly sure about this :P

Send PP an e mail expressing your feelings. I'd ask for a free bet
