    Since I no longer will be running a minecraft servers I am giving away the ip address. Basically il forward your current server ip address so that it points to 'irishminecraft.net'. Let me know if you're interested :)

    how many people could i run on a 100mb UPC connection? its ~10mb upload speed. i could host a public server from home if people are interested? ive got the spare hardware anyway..

    Basically, if you ran a 4-8GB dedicated server you could have a good 30 slots open :D You need to be able to dedicate a good 4GB RAM to the server as well as keeping all 10mbps free for upload for a 30-slot home server though.
