the attack on gallagher in this debate is sickening.

i hope to god, we as a nation have more pride in ourselves and dont vote in higgins or norris. gallagher is the only likable candidate for me.

How anybody can favour Gallagher over Higgins, I don't know. Appeals to the X Factor, Celtic cub generation by the sounds of it, only explanation I can think of, style over substance.

I can guarantee that he is riddled with scandals relating to money and fianna fail AND alot other than fianna fail. hes a clever businessman who is RUTHLESS . He cared about jobs , so that he can fill his pockets. Nothing more

Sean Gallagher is the Fianna Fail poster boy of the Celtic Tiger era... the "entrepenuer" whose only "skills" were to make a few quid off the back of the housing boom.

And then when the money ran out, he was given a job for the boys as a board member of FAS.

And now, he's looking for another dig out from the lads with the most prestigous job for the boys as President.

Sickening stuff to think he will probably get the job.
