Band with UK management (based in Dublin), a few weeks from proper publishing deal, major label interest seeks bassist with vocals, between 25-30.

Can't be completely broke (within reason like), must be able to properly sing, and be confident singing, must be able to willing to be on stage and stuff the day job if this takes off.. all material written, much recorded... this could be a VERY good opportunity for the right person.

We don't gig a lot at the moment. This WILL change in 2012, and this could become a VERY demanding role, time-wise.

    No time wasters.

I AM going to ask a bunch of questions before I share music. That's just how it is.

Style of music is pop/indie/rock - not weird.

Singer is one of the best going...

    email me: bassistwanteddublin@gmail.com

    Any questions, ask.

    for a free bump,

do you mind me asking what you mean by this statement

"Can't be completely broke (within reason like)"

what difference does it make, the potential players financial status ?

It means I'm not gonna pay for you to be part of the band.

At some point this thing will pay for itself, but it doesn't now, and we're not a charity.

Bass strings can be expensive, then there's travel costs, and beer isn't free too :).

so if Im reading this correctly ( and I am not sure I am so apologies if Im wrong)

your looking for a band member to get fully invovled in a project with "serious" interest and possible contracts/signing etcv but you want them to do it for free.
Are the other members of the band getting paid ?

just seems to me that you want a "free" session player to get you started
