    Hi all,

    Does anyone know where i can get a free or cheap online crm i can host myself?

    just need to keep a simple list of customers and the status of their service

    Zendesk is expensive, but nothing I've seen comes close on functionality.

    vtiger CRM has a HUGE amount of out of the box functionality completely open source ... everything from online registration forms, helpdesk, stock management, mail shots, document management, PABX routing though to invoicing.

    Worth having a looksie :) personally I think its freaking amazing and tops the community edition of Sugar by a long shot, not difficult to config either.
