It shouldn't of been a free given for the Liverpool goal but you think it's justice that you scored because rio wasn't sent off for a foul he didn't commit.

You're right, he didn't. In fact if anything, Young made contact with Lucas as he dived in the air. Ferdinand stood on Adam's big toe! Both dives. We scored from the free. You's didn't!!

Haven't seen replay yet, gut instinct is that Adams lower foot was clipped. Rather hard to keep on your feet when that happens when you are running at pace. His body shape didn't look like a dive.
Free-kick, no yellow card as it justs a run of the mill tackle, seems fine.

Very poor decision making from Giggs, but I also thought De Gea's positioning didn't do them any favours either.

It'll be a shame to see another game decided by a controversial decision if this finishes 1-0, but I guess we should all be used to it by now as it's the same story every week.

Liverpool have deserved it judging by the action so far, but at the end of the day they still won't be challenging for the title whilst Manchester United will win it regardless of this result.

I await the ''I had a lot of respect for you'' posts from the usual suspects for saying Liverpool won't come near winning the title :rolleyes:

Firstly, as I said, any team is entitled to park the bus.
Parking the bus at 1-0 up against United at home with twenty minutes remaining makes more sense than United with their team/squad turning up and trying to park it for the entire game.

I don't think so, they would have gone for the goal rather than a free kick. I don't know where Nani as a diver comes from tbh, he's made the most of things before but not clean dived like Adam there and Downing earlier.
