It's funny reading some Liverpool fans complaints about uniteds tactics. For years under houflier and fachts we were subjected to putrid football and ruined games between these sides.

Jaysus yeah. People expecting good football in these are deluded.

Least the Ireland matches had goals. This is absolute dire from two of the biggest teams in england, LoI matches would be more entertaining.

Liverpool United matches at Anfield have been like this for the last 5 years .
High tempo scrappy matches settled by one or 2 moments among 90 minutes of garbage.
No surprise this match is a bore.

I honestly don't see anything wrong with players waving imaginary cards

You have got to be kidding - as far as i'm concerned, it's up there with spitting and diving - completely reprehensible, and the single most annoying thing in football nowadays....

Not a great game at all. These early kick offs are annoying.

There'll be more complaints when they bring on Nani and Rooney in the 2nd half and go up a couple of gears. I just hope Liverpool have a goal or two by then.

What's it got to do with people wanting a good match? I'm just pointing out the gross hypocrisy !

So are you telling me this is a good match? Please. Must be more brainwashed than I thought.
you claimed the Ireland matches were better because they had goals. Please think about that for a moment. Then tell me if it's idiotic or not.

Rooney needs to be brought on straight away.

Both teams given up possession far too easily. Liverpool pipping it so far on chances alone but United slightly better in possession.

Can see Lucas being in big trouble if he does.

Why do people constantly fall fo rthe hype surrounding these games. Not Just Liverpool V Manchester United but many games of this nature fail to live up to their billing.

no but being on a yellow card and one of the best in the world coming on fresh as a daisy to occupy your position could be slightly troublesome for him.

It's tough to break down these sides that just park the bus away from home and pray for a draw.

Well considering any bus would be left standing on bricks, it should be pretty easy.
