With the American League having the designated hitter rule and the National League's pitchers coming out to bat what way does it work in the World Series? Do the National League have a DH or does the American League pitcher come out swinging?

Same as regular season interleague play.
If the AL team is at home, both teams use a DH.
If the NL team is at home, the pitchers have to bat
