bus from eire square to GMIT

is there a bus that goes from eire square to GMIT around 7-8ish. dont know galway at all and need to get out there twice a week or so starting next week. dont particularly fancy walking it becouse it is a half hour walk for me to get into eire square before i start

even better would be a link to a bus timetable. (looked but no joy)

Any Limerick, Cork, Gort or Dublin bus from the station will stop outside gmit. AFAIK Cork and Limerick leave every 5 past the hour, and Dublin leaves every half past the hour!

The no 9 bus goes to gmit from eyre square. Every 15 mins until 11 I think. Are you on about 7 in the morning? I'm sure it would go every 15 mins at 8.

Parkmore Bus goes as well. From Eyre Square it is only a 20 minute walk though and depending on traffic could take only slightly longer.

nope. in the evening. i presume it will be the same going from gmit back to eire square?

Close, but:

From Eyre Square to GMIT Dublin Rd.

No 9 buses run every 15 mins unti 7pm, every 30 mins after that until 11pm.
No 4e (daytime) and 2e X 4e (nighttime) buses also go that way
No 2e buses also go very close ... and many of them go from the university.
Don't try getting the Dublin, Limerick, Cork etc buses: they only pick up at Dublin Rd, don't drop off.

From Eyre Square to GMIT Cluain Mhurie

No 8 buses run every 1/2 hour
Or walk up from by the Eye Cinema - same buses as above.
