UPC + box keeps turning itself off

    UPC + box just arrived today and it keeps turning off every half hour or so. Now I went on and checked all the settings, and indeed it was set to turn off. So I made sure that the auto standby feature was off and that the auto standby when inactive for so long was at its longest.

    However it still going on standby.. any suggestions before I ring them?

    Never mind.. I rang them there and they did a reset of the box with me and said if it keeps happening they'll send out a replacement box!

    Just another quick question if anyone reads this, when the box is on standby does it still record what you have it set to record or do you have to leave it on?? Example if I wanted to record something at around 4 am.

    The HD box records on standby so I assume the +box does it too.
