Netspend unsolicited emails - Help!

I'm starting to get emails from a company Netspend giving me balance and transaction updates to one of their credit cards that I don't have. I wouldn't normally take any notice of this type of email but it is a legitimate company (although the emails may not be coming from them) and I'm starting to think this could be a case of identity theft.

What should I do? I've emailed them direct from their own official website. There is no link or email address on the email that I'm getting so it's not like the email is trying to redirect me to a bogus website.

Is there an organisation in Ireland I can ring and talk to tomorrow, it's starting to bug me now.
