Model Rocket for Dispersing ashes

    I'm wondering if someone could advise me. I'm looking to get a rocket to disperse a loved ones ashes but I don't know how to go about it. Could anyone recommend a suitable model.

    I realise this is a very personal and sensitive issue, but does it have to be a rocket? I've no knowledge of or experience with rockets, but a helium filled balloon or maybe a homemade chinese lantern will suffice?
