I dont think you can take them off. If the signs are big enough and enough of them then there is an implied contract.

Im pretty sure that its also in the University rules.

Also does anyone know when we get the permits I bought mine but didnt get anything but the first email.

I think that removing a clamp will get you into a lot of trouble with the university, wouldn't advise it.

How does the carpooling stuff work? Is there someone standing at the Carpooling spaces counting the people in the car? Do you have to register for it?

I will be carpooling most mornings and dont want someone robbing my space

I doubt there'll be someone patrolling it. Where are the specific carpool spaces? I didn't hear anything about that..

Half of carpark 9 is for carpooling only before 10am

As far as I can gather, to be permitted to park in carpooling spaces before 10am, cars must display more than one parking permit, i.e. the driver's own, and the permit(s) of any car(s) that do not need to be on campus as a result of sharing.
