As stated on your Occupancy License, your occupancy can commence from Sunday 18th September. [...] The accommodation reception will be open on Sunday 18th September from 10am-6pm, and the following week - Monday to Friday, from 9:15am-5:00pm.

From a letter I got today with keycard.
I don't think first years get the key in the post, they get it on the day for some stupid reason, so dunno if you'll get a letter with details, but it's always been the Sunday for me.

first years go straight to the accommodation reception desk in the sports building for their key cards. I think you need to bring your details you got in the post with you.
Also, for parking, go in the Ballymun road entrance and follow the road around the sports building to the car park.

And Nagikami I never got that in the post either they sent me a confirmation email about accommodation saying the application was sucessful with room number etc so i just printed it out if that helps? It seemingly depends on how late you got offered your apartment!
