How do you recover your IT password?

IT students get 'special' accounts to use on the IT computers. I can't remember my password because of rampant substance abuse. I tried using the form here http://www.it.nuigalway.ie/accounts.html but it's telling me my DOB is wrong, and I'm quite sure it is not.

I tried emailing support@it.nuigalway.ie as suggested on the site, but still haven't got a reply (3 days).

Are you padding the date (e.g. 03) and throwing in the hyphen too?

Check what DOB is on record for you under https://ssr.nuigalway.ie. Failing that, keep hounding support!

Ah I forgot to put the hyphens in, presumed it was just a numeric code based on my DOB.

Now that webpage isn't working when I try and submit the form. Super. Haven't heard back from my 2 emails in the past week yet either... I assume the IT Support people know how to use an email client... anyone know if there's an office you can find them in?

The two IT support dudes are on the top floor of the IT building.

Managed to get it back - form doesn't seem to work off-campus.

How do I go about changing it, if I can?

Excellent. Log in and do ctrl-alt-delete and click the option to change your password.
